What you get

  1. Please inquire your requirements by our Questionnaire attached.
  2. According to the Questionnaire from you, we prepare our CAD Drawings and best Estimate for your approval or modification.
  3. Our Estimates will be offered in the 3 categories of:
    1. Planning and Designing Fees.
    2. Mechanical Products to be supplied from Japan.
    3. Heavy Steel Products to be arranged by you locally or from China by us.
  4. Our Proforma Invoice follows to confirm the detailed order as agreed upon and for your payment.
  5. Terms of payment are by (1) Telegraphic/Wire Transfers, normally 50% immediately upon the mutual order confirmation and the balance 50% in 30 days before the goods get ready for shipment or by (2) an Irrevocable L/C at sight or at 90/120/150 days from B/L Date in the full amount with additional interest to be opened in favor of us in Osaka immediately after the order confirmation.
  6. Upon receipt of the downpayment or full amount of L/C, we arrange our orders of all the needful Specifications and CAD Drawings for Mechanical Products from Japan as well as Heavy Steel Items from China or you arrange them locally.
  7. You prepare the foundation of Parking Systems basing on the Loading Data we submit.
  8. The following items are not included in our Estimates:
    1. Estimate and Works of Foundation.
    2. Transfer Fee of the goods from arrival port to installation site.
    3. Fees of Installation, Construction, Wiring Cost and Supervising.
    4. Architectural works at site like Fire Protection, Outer Wall, etc.
    5. Fees of Internet Searching & Internet Connection.
    6. Japanese supervisor’s Fee.
    7. Other items than those not specified.
